HOW TO ORDER YOUR INTERNET PACKAGE:
- Please email projectmanager@spa.net with your internet package request and provide
your company name, address, room and booth number and your setup and teardown schedule.
(If unsure which package to select, please provide as much information regarding your internet needs and we can schedule a time to talk.)
- Pay invoice via payment link that will be sent after the order has been finalized.
- You will be emailed any necessary WiFi login credentials a few days prior to the event.
*If this information should go to someone other than the person who placed the order, please note that in your initial request email.
- Orders placed less than 14 days in advance are subject to a late order fee of 20%.
- *Please note that wired connections are not available in all areas.
- **Wired connections REQUIRE a $150 per drop installation fee in addition to any package fee.
- ***Connecting to routers or switches is not allowed. Inquire for pricing on a dedicated connection/circuit.
